When alignment doesn’t translate into movement

There is a point in many projects where everything appears to be in place.

The solution is sound.

The opportunity is real.

The people involved are capable and engaged.

From the outside, it looks like a straightforward progression from agreement to implementation.

In practice, that progression often stalls.
