I knew when I left England in 2001 to move to New Zealand, the doors were opening to a much broader life than two degrees and corporate finance had offered me. When I finally quit working for others in 2004, the path of personal transformation and entrepreneurship merged. I was involved in many different ventures, yet the biggest driver was to discover my true nature and potential.

After integrating spiritual and business worlds in 2014, the biggest catalyst came in 2019 when I embodied my work at a profound level through Josephine Sorciere. Writing 2020: The Alchemist’s Awakening helped crystallise many of my perspectives on consciousness, sovereignty, and personal responsibility.

For 12 years, I worked deeply with individuals through a process of self-discovery, remembrance, transformation and energetic encoding. To witness others claim the truth of who they really are and what they are designed to experience is a gift.

In 2025, through my exploration of AI, I began to perceive the current state and latent potential of living systems in much the same way I had previously worked with individuals. I can see what remains elusive to others, clearly, without judgment. The next octave of my services was clear.

Bringing decision intelligence around new solutions and substrate expanded my foundational truth that nothing exists in isolation and that all things are in relation to others. Coherence between where an individual is now and where their innate potential lies could be expanded to solutions, systems and the people running them.

My mission is to continue supporting others in self-responsibility and to the world we live in, creating thriving businesses and landscapes. Working synergistically with others and our environment through shared vision of possibility, which is regenerative not extractive, is the key to changing humanity’s trajectory.

I love providing decision clarity by helping people hear what the wider system is communicating, revealing hidden influences, untapped potential, and the possibilities that emerge when people, solutions, and environments are brought into greater relational coherence.
